Company History

Frascot has been in the waterproofing industry since 1964 and as such we are the oldest waterproofing company in

the Gauteng region. Each of the present directors has been involved in the waterproofing industry for over 36 years.


In brief, Frascot is a professional organization with a proven track record and time-tested expertise in the arena of waterproofing.


We have been members of the Master Builders Association (MBA) for many years and also of the Waterproofing Association of South Africa (WFSA) since its inception. One of our directors has served on the executive committee of the MBA. for many years and is also a representative on the WFSA management committee.


Scope of work

Waterproofing of flat concrete roofs, timber boarded roofs, concrete box gutters, balconies, piazzas, parking decks, roof gardens and basement tanking. We also use special systems on corrugated iron and I.B.R. metal roofs.
